Siemens IQ500 SN23EW62KT/30 Dishwasher Water Leak And Scratched Panel Issue
My Siemens IQ500 SN23EW62KT/30 dishwasher is about 1.5 years old. It had been leaking water for 2.5 months, which I only found out after my downstairs neighbor complained. On Saturday, October 11, 2025, the technician who came to inspect it found that the leak was coming from inside the machine and said it might be related to the heat pump, recommending that it be taken to the service center. The machine was sent to service on Thursday, October 16, and returned on Monday, October 20. I was informed that the heat pump and heating motor had been replaced. However, when the machine was delivered back to my home, there was a scratch on the front panel. I objected to this, and the technician said they would order a new front panel and inform me, but I was never contacted. During this time, I called Siemens customer service several times to ask about the panel replacement and also contacted the technical service directly. Yet, I received no response from either. When I called customer service again on October 24, I learned that the panel order had been placed but then canceled due to lack of stock. Even though the scratch was caused by the service team, no action has been taken to resolve the issue. My dishwasher is still under warranty, and I haven’t paid any additional fees. Previously, I had a rust issue with my old dishwasher, and it was replaced with this one by a decision of the Consumer Arbitration Committee. Now, I am once again facing problems — this time with water leakage and a scratched machine caused by the service team. If the panel cannot be replaced, I request either a full refund or a replacement with a new product. I am deeply disappointed with Siemens’ lack of attention and disregard for customer satisfaction. I expect an urgent resolution.
