Hello, in June, I purchased a Siemens built-in oven. After using it for a while, I noticed issues with the cooking process two months later and wanted to create a service record. The service team mentioned a charge for cooking, which I declined. Later, the company called me, stating that they would conduct a one-time free cooking test. I agreed and had the test done. The service personnel took pictures and went through every possible scenario for cooking. They placed the tray at the bottom, specified the cooking time, waited, but despite an extra 15 minutes of cooking, the oven burned the edges while leaving the middle of the tray uncooked. Then, the service personnel said they sent the photos to the headquarters and left. Later, B**** from customer service called me, stating that there was no issue with the cooking, and the technical team saw in the photos that the products were cooked. Additionally, it was mentioned that if the oven is cooked for more than 15 minutes, it cooks. Despite the service personnel, who cooked alongside me, stating that it didn't cook, I couldn't understand how B**** determined it from photos of uncooked products. If it continues to be insisted that the oven is not problematic, I want to express that I won't hesitate to seek my rights through the necessary channels.
