Sidrachain Account Locked After Losing 2FA Recovery Codes
I am writing because I urgently need help regaining access to my Sidrachain account after losing my authentication and recovery information. On 15/06/2026, my bag was stolen at my workplace, and inside it were my phone, laptop and the backup where I had stored my Sidrachain authentication code and recovery character code. Now, when I try to log in to my Sidrachain account, the system only asks me for the authentication code or the recovery character code, which I no longer have because they were lost along with my devices and backup. There is no way for me to log in or reset my access from my side, and I am effectively locked out of my account. I have already tried to contact Sidrachain support through your Twitter handle, but I have not received any response, possibly due to the high number of complaints. This situation makes me feel helpless and very worried about my account and any assets linked to it. I kindly request that you urgently assist me by disabling the two‑factor authentication and the recovery character code on my Sidrachain account after verifying my identity with any other methods you require, so that I can access my account again.
