I Cannot Access My Sidra Account - Authenticator Changed
I have been using my Sidra Wallet account on my Android phone for about two years without any problems. On Wednesday, 4 March 2026, I noticed that my account had been hacked and I could no longer log in. Someone gained access to my wallet, changed the email address on the account and activated an authenticator, so I am completely locked out. Before losing access, I had swapped about 677 in value and also had 30 coins that I had not yet swapped. After the hack, I saw that my details had been changed, and I suspect that the hacker may have made further transactions, but I cannot check anything because I am blocked from the account. I contacted Sidra Wallet support about this situation, but I have not received any response so far. I request that my account be urgently reviewed, the unauthorized email and authenticator be removed, and my access to the wallet be restored. I also want my previous balance and coins to be recovered if they have been moved without my permission, and I would like to be informed in detail about all actions taken on my account during the period of the hack.
