Sidra Chain Support Not Responding After 2FA Lockout

January 23 12:56 AM165

I previously set up two-factor authentication (2FA) on my Sidra Chain account using Google Authenticator. On 31/10/2025, when I tried to log in, the system requested a 2FA code, but I discovered that the Sidra Chain account entry had disappeared from my Google Authenticator app. I do not have any backup or recovery codes, so I am completely locked out of my account. There are about 200 SDA and above in my Sidra Chain account, and I had previously made several transactions, including moving SDA three times to another Sidra wallet, so this is an actively used account with funds inside. Since losing access, I have submitted several support tickets through your system, but I have not received any response. My account email is: husny4ban***@gmail.com, and my last successful login was on 31/10/2025. I kindly request your urgent assistance to help me recover access to my account by resetting or disabling 2FA after verifying my identity. I am ready to provide any verification or identification details required to confirm my ownership of the account so that I can securely regain access to my Sidra Chain account and my funds.
