Sidrachain Two-Factor Authentication Locked Me Out of My Account


I have a Sidrachain account with the username “hassanabduljalal496,” and within this week, including today, I have lost access to the authenticator app linked to my account. When I try to log in, the system asks for a code from the authenticator, but I can no longer access that app or the codes, so I am completely locked out of my account. I have not yet been able to reach your support team through any other channel, so I am writing to request help. I kindly ask you to verify my identity using my account information and any other necessary security checks, and then disable the two‑factor authentication on my Sidrachain account so that I can regain access. I request that my two‑factor authentication be deactivated or reset as soon as possible and that I be provided with clear instructions on how to securely access my account again.
