Sidra Chain Account Locked After Losing Google Authenticator Access
I am a user of Sidrachain’s Kycport service and I have been unable to access my account for about one week because I lost access to my Google Authenticator and can no longer generate the 2FA code required for login. As a result, I am completely locked out of my Kycport account that holds my tokens. The email registered to my Kycport account is: huo***[email protected]. This account has already passed KYC verification, and I am ready to prove my identity again with my face and identification documents so that you can confirm that I am the legitimate owner of the account. Since I do not have the backup key, I kindly request that you manually verify my identity and then reset or remove the current two‑factor authentication on my account. After verification, please set up new two‑factor authentication for me and provide a new QR code or equivalent method so that I can re‑enable 2FA and regain secure access to my account and my tokens. I am sending this request in good faith and am ready to provide any additional documents or information you may need for manual verification. I ask you to urgently review my case and help me recover access to my Kycport account linked to the email address above.
Dear Support Team, I just tried to log in, but the system still requires a 2FA code and shows 'invalid 2FA code'. It seems the two-factor authentication has not been completely disabled or reset yet. Please check and fully turn off the 2FA for my registered email so I can access my account. Thank you!
