I have been unable to log in to my Sidrachain account because I accidentally deleted my Sidra KYC Port two-factor authentication (2FA) entry from the Google Authenticator app. This issue started about 10 days ago, following Sidra maintenance, when I uninstalled the Sidra app from my phone and mistakenly removed the 2FA entry from Google Authenticator. Since then, I have not been able to access my Sidra app or my account.

This is my first time contacting Sidra support regarding this issue. I respectfully request assistance in regaining access to my account by providing a new QR code, barcode, or secret key so that I can set up two-factor authentication again and log back into my Sidrachain app without further issues. I ask that this matter be handled urgently, as my account has been inaccessible for several days due to the lost 2FA setup.
