Since then, I have not been able to access my account or use the services linked to it. I have not yet received any information from Sidra Chain about the reason for this deactivation, and I have not been able to resolve the issue on my own. This situation has been ongoing for two weeks and is causing me serious inconvenience, as I rely on this account. I kindly request that my account registered under the name “Samuel Sunday” be urgently reviewed and reactivated, or that I be provided with a clear explanation of the reason for the deactivation and how it can be resolved as soon as possible.
