I am experiencing an ongoing problem with Sidrachain’s email OTP system and have been unable to receive any OTP codes at my email address 230919***[email protected]. I have tried to request the OTP many times, but no code ever arrives in my inbox. Despite this, I contacted Sidrachain support about the issue, but I have not received any response from them so far, and the problem is still continuing today. Because of this, I cannot complete the verification process and use the service properly.
