Sidra Chain Autheticator Code Not Recieving, Authenticator Not Generating 2FA Code
For about a month, I have been experiencing a problem with the authenticator for my Sidra Chain account. The authenticator is not showing the verification code and instead is asking for a key, so I am unable to use 2FA properly, which is preventing me from proceeding with my account security as I would like. I want support from Sidra Chain to help me enable and use 2FA correctly in my authenticator application. I want clear guidance or a recovery process so that I can either retrieve the necessary key or reconfigure 2FA on my account without losing access.
