Sidra Chain Failed to Send My OTP and Blocked My Account Access
It's quite annoying since Sidra Chain's OTP system has been giving me recurrent problems. Every time I try to log in, I input my email and password correctly and the system notes that the two-step verification code has been sent. The OTP never shows up in my inbox or spam folder, though. This is the second time I have run across this difficulty; even with customer service, the matter stays unresolved. My capacity to use the platform is affected since I am totally locked out of my account without the OTP. From a name like Sidra Chain, I anticipate a consistent service; unfortunately, these frequent mistakes make it challenging to rely on the platform. Please permanently handle this problem.
