Sidra Chain Authenticator Codes Not Working

I am a user of the Sidra Chain platform, and I have been unable to use my account properly because my two-factor authentication (2FA) codes are not working. For at least the past three weeks, the codes generated by my authenticator app have not been accepted by Sidra Chain, which prevents me from completing the login process.

During this time, I contacted Sidra Chain support to request assistance, but I have not received any response so far. Being locked out of my account for several weeks without any feedback is extremely frustrating and prevents me from using a service that I rely on.

I request that my 2FA be disabled after verifying my identity through alternative methods, or that a clear and effective solution be provided so I can regain full access to my Sidra Chain account as soon as possible. I also expect a prompt response and clear communication regarding the steps required to resolve this issue.
