Sidra Chain OTP Not Working — Cannot Access My 635 Sidra Coins
I have been unable to receive the email OTP required to log in to my Sidra Chain account for at least four months. I am trying to access my account from Bangladesh, but every time I attempt to log in, the OTP email never arrives, which prevents me from completing the login process.
Before this issue started, I had already transferred my balance into Sidra Chain, and I currently have 635 Sidra coins in my account. Because of the OTP problem, I cannot log in and therefore cannot access my account or my coins.
I contacted Sidra Chain customer support about this issue, but I have not received any response so far. I request that the OTP email issue on my account be urgently resolved so that I can log in normally again and securely access my 635 Sidra coins and my account without any further delay.
