Kyc Port Two-Factor Authentication Lockout After Missing Backup Codes

I am writing regarding a problem I am facing with my Kyc Port account after mistakenly activating two-factor authentication. The account is registered with the e-mail address olayin***[email protected] and the username “deop***t”. The issue started the day before yesterday, when I enabled two-factor authentication without copying or saving the private key or any backup code, and since then I have been unable to manage or disable this security setting. I use an Infinix Smart 8 phone, and because I do not have the private key or backup codes, I cannot deactivate the two-factor authentication on my own and I am effectively locked out of managing my account security settings. I also have not been able to find any clear way to contact Kyc Port customer support directly, which is why I am submitting this complaint. I kindly request your assistance to either disable the two-factor authentication on my account or provide me with a secure recovery process so that I can regain full control over my account and its security settings. I am ready to provide any additional information or verification you may need to confirm my identity and secure the account.
