Sidra Chain Account Locked Due To Lost 2FA Authenticator Access
I am writing to request urgent assistance in recovering my Sidra Chain account and disabling the current two‑factor authentication, as I have lost access to my authenticator and can no longer log in. My Sidra Chain account is associated with the email address tijjania***@gmail.com and the account name Abkrt. I was previously using Google Authenticator on an Infinix 11 Play Android phone for my 2FA. I lost this phone on October 10, 2025, and later started using a new device, an Infinix 50i, on December 7, 2025. Since losing the original phone, I have not been able to access the Google Authenticator codes and my Sidra Chain account is currently disabled. I have already tried to recover my account by contacting Sidra Chain support and attempting to receive an email verification code, but I am not receiving any email codes, so I cannot complete the login or recovery steps. Because of this, I kindly request that you disable the current 2FA protection on my account or provide an alternative recovery method so that I can regain access and then set up a new two‑factor authentication on my new device. I would be grateful if you could help me reactivate my account associated with tijjania***@gmail.com and remove or reset the existing 2FA, and inform me of the exact steps I need to follow to restore access securely.
