Unable To Access My Sidra Account
I am a verified user of the Sidra Chain mobile app on an Android phone, and for the past four months I have been unable to access my account because it is locked behind two‑factor authentication. I still have my registered email and username, but I can no longer complete the 2FA step, so I have been completely locked out of my account for this entire period. I contacted Sidra Chain support about this issue but have not received any response so far, and the situation remains unresolved. I am requesting that two‑factor authentication be removed or disabled on my account, or that my account access be otherwise restored after any necessary verification, so that I can log back in and use my Sidra Chain account again.
