I Don't Have Access To My Sidra Account
I am writing to request urgent help regaining access to my Sidrachain account after losing both my phone and all my authentication information. On 11/06/2026 I became unable to log in to my account because I no longer have access to the authenticator I was using for two‑factor authentication. My phone, where the authenticator was installed, was lost, and with it I lost the ability to generate my authentication codes. As a result, when I try to sign in to my Sidrachain account, I am asked for the two‑factor authentication code, but I cannot provide it because I no longer have the device or authenticator. There is currently no option available on my side to bypass or reset this step, so I am completely locked out of my account. I kindly request that you urgently assist me by disabling the two‑factor authentication on my Sidrachain account after verifying my identity through any alternative methods you require, so that I can regain access to my account. I am ready to provide any additional information or documentation needed for verification and I ask that this matter be treated as a priority due to the seriousness of being locked out.
