Sidrachain App Upgrade Broke My Two-Factor Authentication

I am using Sidrachain on my Android phone and, since an upgrade about three weeks ago, I have been unable to log in to my account due to a problem with two‑factor authentication. The system says that an authenticator code has been sent, but nothing appears on my phone, so I cannot enter any code or access my account. Because I am logged out, I am also unable to reach Sidrachain support from inside the platform, and my messages do not go through, so I have no way to report this issue directly from my account. This situation has been ongoing for over three weeks and I still cannot log in. I believe in the Sidrachain project and I trust that this problem can be resolved. I kindly request your assistance to help me regain access to my account by fixing the 2FA issue, so that the authenticator code is delivered properly or my access can be restored in a secure way.
