Sidra Chain Wallet Locked After Lost Google Authenticator Access

June 25 8:34 PM

I have been unable to access my Sidra Chain wallet since around 10 May 2026 because the two-factor authentication for my account was set up only through Google Authenticator on my Android phone, which I lost. After losing the phone, I no longer have access to the 2FA codes and I am now completely locked out of my Sidra Chain wallet. I have tried to resolve this issue on my own but nothing has worked. I have also reached out to Sidra Chain support, but I have not received any response so far. As a result, I have been without access to my wallet for about two months and cannot use my account in any way. I kindly request that the Google Authenticator-based two-factor authentication on my Sidra Chain wallet be removed or reset so that I can log in again. I also ask for clear guidance on how I can securely regain access to my wallet and continue using my account.
