Shiny Force Has Not Shipped My Order After Nearly Three Months

On June 17, I placed an order totaling $27 on the Shiny Force website. Nearly three months have passed, but my order has still not even been shipped. Every time I contact the company, I receive vague responses that only delay the process, and no concrete action is taken.

When I contact them through WhatsApp, they usually ignore my messages. However, when I message them from a different phone number, they respond immediately. They continue updating their website and adding new products, but they have not provided any clear information about my existing order. I also cannot get a straightforward answer about when it will be shipped or whether it can be canceled.

My order number is 44390. I want my order shipped immediately or the full $27 payment refunded without any deductions. I expect Shiny Force to resolve this unacceptable delay and the inconvenience it has caused as soon as possible.
