Cannot Track My Shinyforce Order After Purchase
I would like to report an issue I experienced regarding my order number 43111 from the Shinyforce website. On March 13, I placed a clothing order totaling approximately $29, paid in full with my credit card. However, despite several days passing, my order has still not been shipped.
I cannot find any section on the website where I can enter my order number to track the status or shipping progress of my purchase. I also have not received any confirmation or update emails. I tried contacting the company multiple times via WhatsApp and Instagram DMs on March 14, 15, and 19, but I was unable to reach them because their WhatsApp line appears to be inactive, and I have not received any response to my messages on Instagram.
I am unable to get any information about my order or track my shipment. I request that I be able to properly track my order and that the clothing I purchased be delivered to me as soon as possible.
Progress
My order with order number 43111 placed on March 13, 2026 has not been shipped yet, even though more than two weeks have passed. Despite the delivery times indicated in the order process having long been exceeded, I have received no information. I am unable to reach customer service regarding this issue, and despite sending emails, I receive no response at all. My product is not being delivered and I cannot find anyone to address my concerns. I demand that the product I have paid for be shipped immediately, or if the delay will continue, that my refund be processed promptly. Otherwise, I will pursue my legal rights through the Consumer Arbitration Board. I expect my grievance to be resolved as soon as possible.
My purchase from the Shiny Force site made on March 13 has still not been shipped; I was told it would be shipped by Wednesday at the latest, but it still hasn't been. I can't reach anyone. My messages are not being responded to. I request that it be shipped as soon as possible; I do not want to cancel the product.
