Shinyforce Has Not Shipped My Order After Nearly One Month

I placed a clothing order through Shinyforce on February 21 and paid approximately $94 by credit card. My order number i...s 40354. Despite nearly a month passing, as of today, March 18, my order has still not even been shipped. When I contacted the company on March 3, I was clearly told that the prod
