Rude Attendant and Physical Threat at Shell Kayseri – Shocking Customer Experience

On December 28, 2024, at around 10 PM, I stopped at the Öztürk Petrol Shell station on Kayseri Road to refuel. Due to an issue with my leg, I asked the attendant, M****** F****, to charge my card at the pump. He responded harshly, telling me to "go to the market and do it yourself." When I insisted, he reluctantly processed the payment but then threw my card and receipt in my face.

When I called out his behavior, he removed his jacket, cursed at me, and physically threatened me. I later filed a complaint at the police station. It’s appalling that someone like this is employed at Shell. I demand action to ensure such unacceptable behavior doesn’t happen to other customers.
