Between June and July 2025, I placed three separate orders on Shein (Order Numbers: GSH1U246100NP0R, GSH1U2462000F51, and GSO1C346C00MN17). All three were shipped via Kargoist, yet none of them were ever delivered to me. I paid a total of ₺5,140 for these orders, and to date, not a single item has reached my address in İzmir, Konak.
I contacted Shein customer service multiple times, but no real solution was offered, and the process has been unnecessarily prolonged. The fact that this issue occurred with three separate orders in a row makes it even more frustrating and raises serious concerns about the reliability of their delivery process.
I am requesting a full refund for the undelivered items without any further delay. I expect Shein to resolve this matter immediately and take steps to prevent other customers from facing the same repeated delivery failures.
