Shein Orders Never Delivered After One Month, No Support From Courier or Customer Service
I placed two separate orders with Shein for a total of four items (three blouses and one skirt) under order numbers GSO1C109S00TULB and GSO1C1099000RFR. It has been over a month, yet none of the items have been delivered. Even though I was at home, the courier company Pal marked the delivery as attempted without ever contacting me, and I received no notification at all. I tried to reach the courier but was unable to get through. When I contacted Shein customer service, they only told me to follow up with the courier company, providing no real assistance. At this point, I have no idea where my items are, and I have not received a refund either. I paid a total of ₺2,000, and this was my first shopping experience with Shein, which makes the situation even more disappointing. I demand that Shein either deliver my items immediately or refund my full payment without further delay.
