My Shein Order Returned Without My Consent
I placed an international order on Shein, and the shipment was handed over to Cargox. However, my area was labeled as “out of service,” and my items were put directly into the return process without ever being delivered to me and without any attempt to contact me. My tracking number for the shipment is PALTR0003299122YQ.
When I called Cargox customer service today, the representative told me there was nothing they could do, that the items had already been returned, and that I needed to contact Shein to request a reshipment. I asked for my items to be held at Cargox’s Mersin branch so I could pick them up myself, or to have them redirected to another address I would provide, but they refused to help. Additionally, when I called the contact number given to me by the representative, the call never went through.
This is a $11 order, and I do not accept that it was returned without any notification or options provided to me. I request that my items be taken out of the return process and delivered to me at the Mersin branch, or redirected to a different address that I specify. At the very least, I expect a solution-oriented approach to resolve this issue.
The company contacted me via email. When the products are returned, I was given the phone number of the company they would be sent to. When I contacted them, they stated that the products would be shipped to me again using a different cargo company so that they could reach me. They said the process might take a week. I accepted. Hopefully, I will be able to receive them this time.
