Shein Order Not Delivered Despite 8 Attempts — Still Waiting for Resolution

I ordered a dress from Shein nearly three months ago (Order No: PALTR0002032529YQ) and paid approximately $19–$21 for it. However, I’ve had a major problem with the delivery. The tracking information shows that the courier supposedly came to my address eight different times, yet the package was never delivered to me and was repeatedly sent back to the local branch. I also never received clear information about which branch it was taken to—possibly the Yıldırım or Özlüce branches in Bursa.
Throughout this process, I’ve contacted both Shein customer service and the shipping company multiple times—calling, messaging, trying every possible method. For the past 10 days I’ve been attempting again and again, but I still can’t reach anyone who can actually help, and no solution has been provided. I’ve been dealing with this issue for almost three months now, and I’m left without the product I paid for and with no resolution.
I’m requesting that this issue be resolved and that my order be resent to my address without any further problems.

Yes, as you can see right now, my order is nowhere to be found. It last said your order was abandoned, and now my order doesn't even appear. I do not forgive my rights or my money.
