I placed an order with SHEIN, and my package with tracking number PALTR0001836467YQ (carrier: Kargoist / Bertizgroup) has been marked as delivered, but I never received it. This is not the first time I’ve had issues with Kargoist—I previously filed a complaint for a similar situation where they failed to deliver my package but claimed they had.
Once again, I find myself unable to get in touch with either SHEIN’s customer service or a representative from Kargoist. There’s no valid delivery proof, and no one is responding to my attempts to resolve this issue. I’ve paid for a product that never reached me, and I’m left feeling frustrated and helpless.
This is a serious matter and needs to be resolved immediately. I demand a full investigation, a reshipment or refund, and an explanation for how a package can be falsely marked as delivered without proper verification. Customers should not have to deal with this level of unreliability and silence. Please act now and fix this problem without further delay.
