For the shipment sent to me from SHEIN via Kargo X — tracking number PALTR0003253042YQ, containing clothing and accessories — the system shows it as “delivered,” yet nothing has been delivered to me. No package was left at my home or anywhere nearby, and I was not provided with any signature or delivery photo.
As soon as I noticed the issue, I contacted Kargo X customer service. I was told that I would be called back; however, despite the time that has passed, no one has followed up on the matter properly, and I still haven’t been given any clear information. There is no explanation regarding to whom, where, or how my package was supposedly delivered.
I request that you determine the actual location of my shipment — which is marked as delivered but never reached me — identify exactly to whom it was handed over, and ensure that it is found and delivered to my correct address as soon as possible. If this cannot be done, I expect a clear explanation of responsibility and that my grievance be fully resolved.
