Just one day earlier, I received a notification from Cargox confirming that Shein had accepted my shipment. However, yesterday the Shein app showed a message saying “delivery failed.”
No delivery attempt was made by Cargox, and no one came to my door. Despite this, the system still shows the delivery as failed. I submitted a support request through the Shein website a short while ago, but I have not received any response yet. I am writing this complaint to help speed up the process.
I do not want the product canceled or refunded. I request that the item I ordered be delivered to my address as soon as possible, without any issues. I also ask for clear and detailed information regarding where the delivery process went wrong.
