Delivery Failed Error on Shein Despite No Attempt—Requesting Proper Delivery

The package for my Shein order placed on November 17, 2025—tracking number PALTR0003294348YQ—was handed over to Cargox, yet it never reached me. Just one day earlier, I received a notification from Cargox confirming that Shein had accepted my shipment. However, yesterday the Shein app showed a message saying “delivery failed.”

No delivery attempt was made by Cargox, and no one came to my door. Despite this, the system still shows the delivery as failed. I submitted a support request through the Shein website a short while ago, but I have not received any response yet. I am writing this complaint to help speed up the process.

I do not want the product canceled or refunded. I request that the item I ordered be delivered to my address as soon as possible, without any issues. I also ask for clear and detailed information regarding where the delivery process went wrong.
