Where Can I Go To Get My Litmatch Account Back?!

I have a problem with my Litmatch account being banned and I can no longer access it. An account was somehow opened under the name of “Li Xiao” and after this situation my own account was banned by the system. When I try to log in now, I see a warning saying that my account has been banned until 26.09.2125 due to violation of community rules and I cannot use my account. I did not intentionally violate any rules and I do not want my account to be closed; I would like to be able to use Litmatch again with my own account. I kindly request that my account be re‑activated, the ban removed and, if necessary, my identity verified so that it is confirmed that I am the real owner of the account and not someone else using the name “Li Xiao”. In addition, I request clear information on what steps I should follow so that my account can be restored and I can safely continue using Litmatch.
