I Face Shake Shack Employee Insulting My Family in Front of Customers

On September 3, around 9:00 PM, my spouse and I went to the Shake Shack restaurant in İstinyePark to pick up our food order. My spouse is a Getir courier, and I met them after work so we could collect the meal together. When we gave the order code, the staff refused to hand over the package, claiming there was an issue, even though everything was correct.

Then, a female employee (whose name we unfortunately didn’t get) argued with us and spoke to my spouse in an offensive and disrespectful way. She even made insulting remarks about our family values, humiliating us in front of other customers.

We were deeply hurt by this behavior, which was not only unprofessional but discriminatory. I’m demanding that Shake Shack take immediate disciplinary action against the employee involved and train staff properly on respectful customer communication. A global brand like Shake Shack should ensure that all customers — regardless of background or profession — are treated with dignity.
