I am writing regarding a withdrawal issue I am experiencing with my 1win account (customer ID: 351604***). On 28 February 2026, I requested a withdrawal of 1,500 INR via bank transfer to my Bank of Baroda (BOB) account. Since the day I made the request, the withdrawal status in my 1win account has remained “pending” and the money has not been credited to my bank account. I have tried to contact 1win customer support about this delay, but I have not received any response so far. The lack of communication and the continued pending status of my withdrawal are causing me serious concern about the security of my funds. I request that 1win immediately process and credit the 1,500 INR withdrawal to my BOB account and provide a clear explanation for the reason behind this long delay and the absence of response from support.
