Litmatch Permanent Device Ban - No Clear Explanation

I am writing regarding my Litmatch account, which has been permanently device banned while I was posting. I want to clarify that I was not posting pig images publicly on the platform; those images were only meant to be sent to support, not as regular content for other users. Despite this, my entire device has now been permanently banned. This is not the first time my account has been banned, and I find the situation very frustrating, especially because I do not receive clear information about what exactly violates the rules. Litmatch’s support feels lousy and unhelpful, because they ban users without clearly explaining where the problem is or which exact rule has been broken. I have contacted Litmatch support several times about previous bans, but the replies I received felt like automated robot messages that did not address my specific case or explain what I should change. Given the way permanent device bans are applied and the lack of clear, human, and case-specific explanations, I believe Litmatch is not acting fairly toward its users. I think an application that treats users in this way and does not provide proper support should be subject to stricter control, and I even believe Litmatch should be reviewed for its place in the Google Play Store. I expect Litmatch to review this permanent device ban, to explain clearly and specifically what rule was violated, and to improve its support system so that users receive real, personalized answers instead of generic automated messages, so users can understand what they did wrong instead of being banned without clear reasons.
