I Face Fabric and Touch Panel Defects on My Sennheiser Momentum 4

I purchased my Sennheiser Momentum 4 headphones on February 18, 2024, from the MediaMarkt store at İzmir Optimum Mall. The product is still under warranty, and I have both the invoice and the previous service request records.
About a month ago, I noticed fabric deformation on several parts of the headphones. Initially, the issue was minor, but it has grown significantly over time. I have always stored the product in its original case and used it under normal conditions — no exposure to moisture, heat, or heavy use that could cause such wear.
Additionally, just one week after purchase, I submitted the headphones for service due to a malfunctioning touch panel. After a long service period, I was told that “no problem was found”, and the headphones were returned to me. However, the touch panel issue still persists — it often becomes unresponsive, forcing me to manually toggle the power via the app, which is highly inconvenient.
The serial number of my headphones is 0492120411. I request that both the fabric deformation and touch panel issues be resolved through repair or product replacement under warranty.
