If your Segway-Ninebot is not charging, the causes can range from simple to more serious.

🔹 Main causes:

Faulty charger (cable or power adapter).

Damaged or oxidized charging port.

Fully discharged battery (protection has shut down the cells).

Malfunction in the BMS (battery management system).

Battery failure.

🔹 What you can do:

Check the charger — the indicator light should turn on. If possible, test it with a multimeter.

Plug in the charger and leave the scooter for 20–30 minutes — sometimes the battery doesn’t “wake up” immediately.

Inspect the charging port and carefully clean the contacts if necessary.

Try another original charging adapter.

If the charging indicator doesn’t light up and the scooter doesn’t respond, the problem is likely in the battery or controller, and service will be required.

❗ If your Segway-Ninebot has stopped charging and the service center or store refuses to fix the issue, 👉leave a complaint on Xolvie👈 — this can help draw attention to widespread defects.
