Scannero Charged Me ₺2,657 After Trial and I Want a Full Refund and Cancellation

I signed up for a trial membership on Scannero and paid the advertised fee of ₺29.71. However, shortly after that, I noticed ₺997 was withdrawn from my account without my permission. Then, just one day later, another ₺1,660 was also taken—again with no warning or consent.

In total, ₺2,657 was withdrawn from my account for a service I never agreed to continue beyond the trial. I feel scammed and completely misled by this platform.

I demand an immediate refund of the full amount and the complete cancellation of my subscription. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will take legal action through the proper authorities. Scannero, fix this now and return the money you wrongfully took.
