Scannero.io Charged Me ₺1,660 Without My Approval After a ₺29.71 Purchase

I made a small payment of ₺29.71 to Scannero.io, expecting that to be the full charge. However, the very next day, ₺1,660 was withdrawn from my account without my knowledge or approval. I never authorized this transaction, and I did not receive any warning, confirmation, or explanation for such a large charge.

This is a clear case of unauthorized payment, and I am demanding a full refund immediately. I am formally disputing this charge and asking that the ₺1,660 be returned to my account as soon as possible. I didn’t make or approve any transaction for that amount.

Scannero.io, this kind of deceptive billing is unacceptable. Fix this now and return my money before I escalate the matter to consumer protection services.
