This totals ₺2,657 in unauthorized charges, and I never agreed to anything beyond the initial trial fee. I feel completely deceived and financially exploited.
I demand an immediate refund of all unauthorized charges and that my subscription be fully canceled. If this is not resolved right away, I will be forced to take legal action. Scannero, correct this situation now and return the money you wrongfully took from my account.
