Scannero Took ₺2,657 After Trial Payment and I Demand a Full Refund Immediately

I signed up for a trial membership on Scannero, paying ₺29.71 as advertised. But shortly after, I was shocked to see that ₺997 was withdrawn from my account without my consent. The next day, things got even worse—another ₺1,660 was taken from my account, again without any warning or approval.

This totals ₺2,657 in unauthorized charges, and I never agreed to anything beyond the initial trial fee. I feel completely deceived and financially exploited.

I demand an immediate refund of all unauthorized charges and that my subscription be fully canceled. If this is not resolved right away, I will be forced to take legal action. Scannero, correct this situation now and return the money you wrongfully took from my account.
