On June 9, 2023, we ordered an XXL BBQ Chicken Pizza, Large Potatoes, Coke, and Ice Tea from your Erzurum Mng mall location. The order was delayed, the fries were small, the drinks were iced, and they tasted like water. The real disaster was that there was very little chicken in the pizza because the dough was too thick. It's as if I ordered tomato paste. We forgot to take the pizza that day due to the child, but the receipt is still there; I will post a picture of it. The gentleman in front of us was also given the incorrect order. And he complained, saying he ordered six times from here, and six of them were incorrect. But I have no such plans; I'm going to end my Sbarro shopping here. I'd like to point out to them that not everyone is as understanding as that gentleman, and people don't find money on the ground. It expects you to provide quality service. If you are unable to provide service, delegate it to someone who can. Otherwise, at this rate, no one will ever visit there.
