Today, on April 20, 2024, I purchased a large 'Eti Bol' pizza from the Little Caesars store in Istanbul Kozyatağı, only to find that it was missing ingredients. Upon returning to the store, the staff refused to address my complaint, citing the absence of the entire product. I insisted on leaving the product at the store and requested an urgent examination by an expert. I pointed out the significant discrepancy between the product I received and the visual representation in the store. The staff mentioned that advertising visuals may vary. As a customer, I expressed that such a difference between what is shown and what is sold is unacceptable and left the remaining slices for examination in the store. I'm filing this complaint to ensure others don't encounter a similar situation.
