I ordered from KFC restaurant on 25.04.2023 at 16:39. The products I received had nothing to do with the order I placed. As if kidding, they sent only bread for your hamburger. No fries. It has nothing to do with the menu I chose. Although I had problems every time, I ordered maybe this time there would be no problem, I wish I hadn't, this was the end. Moreover, I connected to live support 5-6 times and voiced my complaint and supported it with photos. They said they will refund the fee. Hours passed, neither caller nor refund took place. I made a payment of 254 TL. I demand that this rudeness be resolved immediately and my refund be made. I will never recommend this brand to anyone. It's nothing but a disgrace.
