We Can't Open a Record to Invite Samsung Air Conditioner, What a Shame!!

why am I having some major issues trying to get this Samsung AC assembled? such a real pain all this time a simple case of customer service??? was actually pretty surprised to find out that Samsung, this big ol' company, only has one authorized service for this one product. yes, true, can2t make it up....the service at this authorized place has been super disappointing. this long totally caught me off guard coming from a big company like Samsung. If I had known about these problems earlier, I would've totally thought twice about buying that thing. The AC, supposed to keep us cool on hot days, has become a total bummer, since they're a top brand known for their awesome products and services, what is this?? I can't really see a reason to keep a product that's caused so much frustration and disappointment. It sucks that Samsung, a big company, didn't meet customer service expectations this time.
