Problem with Samsung Air Conditioning Installation
Samsung has been outsourcing split AC installations to appliance services rather than specialized HVAC services, which has resulted in an increase in installation issues in recent months. Unfortunately, I have also encountered this problem. The authorized service technician for Samsung split AC arrived at my house and, after a quick inspection, stated that my house was not suitable for AC installation. However, split AC units are installed in half of the homes in my complex. My friend, who has worked on climate control projects for major developments for the past 15 years, assures me that installation is possible in my home. Despite requesting help from Samsung's solution center for a referral to another authorized service, I have received no response for several days. I deeply regret not opting for a different brand with a larger, more experienced, and respectful service network.

Samsung did nothing to penalize the incompetent authorized service in the Sarıyer district of Istanbul. We had an Arçelik brand air conditioner installed in the place where the Samsung service said they couldn't install the air conditioner. We sold the Samsung air conditioner second-hand at a loss because the return period had expired.
