Samsung Still Hasn’t Shipped My Order – No Phone Yet
I placed an order on May 9, 2025, through Samsung for the Galaxy S25 Ultra, Galaxy Watch 7, and Galaxy Buds3 Pro, totaling approximately ₺82,000. The system clearly indicated that delivery would take place on Monday, May 12, and I trusted this date when placing the order. Because of this, I sold my Galaxy S24 Ultra and have since been left without a phone. As of May 15, my order is still stuck in the "Order Confirmed" stage—it has not been processed or shipped. I contacted Samsung support multiple times and was only told, “We’ve opened a request,” without any clear or satisfying update. Today, I received a call from Samsung for the first time, but no actual solution was offered. I am now using my mother’s phone because I relied on their delivery promise. I trusted Samsung as a global brand, and I am deeply let down. This process is unacceptable. I demand that Samsung immediately processes and ships my order, provides an explanation for the delay, and compensates me for the lost time and stress. I expect a solution without further delay.
