Samsung's Air Conditioning Repair Failed
The Samsung AC service technician arrived on July 22, 2023, to install my new air conditioner. However, to my surprise, it is not cooling at all. How could this be? According to the service, they can only arrive on August 2, 2023. But what about the agony I'm experiencing in this scorching heat? Is this how you provide customer service? It is insufficient to have one service team for all customers; we are stranded, humiliated, and out of pocket. In these hot days, my family is suffering greatly as a result of this situation. I implore Samsung officials to address their customers' complaints as soon as possible and find a quick solution. Numerous complaints about air conditioning installations are flooding complaint platforms, highlighting the recurring problem.
