Samsung Air Conditioner Installation Problem!
On July 10, 2023, I purchased a Samsung air conditioner, and on July 13, 2023, I requested installation through the authorized service. However, the Samsung service team repeatedly disconnects my calls after promising to call me back. I'm unable to obtain any information or assistance. If your team is ineffective, you should hire more people. This level of annoyance is intolerable. I'm thinking about returning the product. I never expected Samsung to deteriorate to this extent, and I now regret purchasing this air conditioner. When a reputable brand fails to provide adequate customer service, it can be very frustrating. As a long-term customer, I expected more from Samsung. I hope Samsung takes this seriously and quickly resolves the issue to restore my trust in their brand.
