Samsung 7100 70-inch TV Started Malfunctioning On The 5th Day!!!

June 2, 2023 3:05 PM14

I'm not happy with my new Samsung 7100 TV, which is 70 inches, because the screen stopped working after just five days of use. Although Samsung has acknowledged the issue with the TV's construction, they have not refunded my money. It has been 17 days since promises were made, but no actual assistance has been provided yet. TI gotta say, with their own hands, they tarnished my reputation as I trusted Samsung to provide a reliable product. what's more weird nobody is offering assistance or attempting to come up with a solution. I am tired of hearing excuses and stalling techniques. Samsung did not meet my high expectations. If the consumer arbitration board cannot resolve my complaint, I will consider seeking legal advice from a lawyer to explore any available legal options. I plan to share my experience with others to warn them about the lack of help I received, that's only fair.

"Your resolution team has not contacted me yet, and even when I did speak with them, they were not solution-oriented. Your technical service passes the issue to the dealer, and the dealer passes it to the headquarters. As a victim of a product I do not use, I am the one dealing with it. The customer satisfaction that is praised during the sale becomes focused on dismissing the issue when a problem arises. The dealer says the headquarters is dismissing you, and the headquarters says the same thing about the dealer. In this situation, your boasted customer satisfaction turns out to be completely unfounded."
