I Can’t Withdraw My Funds From MetWallet Despite Multiple Support Requests
I am unable to withdraw the funds currently available in my MetWallet account, and I would like to know the reason for this issue. I previously reported the error to your support team, but the problem still has not been resolved. I would appreciate your assistance and a permanent solution.
There were no issues accessing my account itself. However, when I attempted to withdraw my funds, I encountered an error that prevented the transaction from being completed. I tried again during the night, but the same issue continued. The problem is still occurring, and I am unable to access my money.
I have already shared details of the error in a previous file and support request. Despite reporting the issue multiple times, I have not received a solution that allows me to complete the withdrawal successfully.
I request that MetWallet investigate this matter, explain why the withdrawal is being blocked, and provide a prompt solution so that I can access and withdraw the funds in my account without further delay.
